Principal ResponsibilitiesResponsible for monitoring and the execution of the assigned projects in a smooth and effective mannerAct as the point of contact for internal & external clients of the assigned projectsAttend and participate actively in all projects related meetings and record meeting minutes on project matters.Follow up with respective stakeholders on important action items made during project meetings and support in the resolution of any critical issues during the project execution.Liaise with the internal customer care team to ensure the timely and accurate order entry of the project.Prepare and update weekly schedule on the progress of the assigned projects.Liaise with the Finance department to ensure invoicing requirements are met.Prepare and consolidate project documents from inter-departments to ensure the timely preparation and submission to client.Arrange and assist in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) as required.Liaise with the commercial team for an accurate monthly Forecast.Support the internal customer care team when required on: Timely project execution Timely feedback to customers Delivery of the required documentation and administrative customer support Order tracking and update to customers Good communication between clients and our company Respect of the internal standards and external regulations Travelling may be required (10%)Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.POSITION SPECIFICATIONEducationBachelor's degree or Diploma with relevant working experience will be consideredExperiencePreferably 3 years of working experience with minimum 1 year in Customer support function.Prior experience in Contract / Project management will be an advantage.Proficient in SAP preferred.Proficient in Microsoft office.Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
