About the role

Develops operational and business strategies for the group in support of the organizations over-all strategies. Ensures business growth for the group through directing and managing business operations activities. Drives the Multi Unit Manager to achieve set targets. Represents operations in inter-department projects.
What you'll be doing Defines and develops strategies to drive improvement in sales, profitability and quality system in the region.Ensures that strategic objectives are well understood and executed by Multi Unit Managers.Identifies, evaluates, analyzes, and provides recommendation on possible opportunities and threats affecting the market.Analyzes, monitors and drives business solutions to achieve growth and improvement targets (sales, profitability, quality management)Leads and champions values, culture, and vision achievement. Implements effective succession planning, people management and development, and retention strategies for Operations.What we're looking for Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a management role within the Restaurant settingStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision makingDemonstrated success in driving business growth and implementing strategic initiativesThorough understanding of financial management, budgeting and cost controlProficient in using various business intelligence and reporting toolsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
