Job Responsibilities:
? Acts as the main point of contact with brokers, suppliers, and distributors in the region.
? Creates regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
? Supports Branch and Distributor Managers with day-to-day branch/area operations.
? Evaluates branches, distribution partners, and individual employees' performances to ensure they perform at the agreed performance level to support business growth and stability.
? Prepares and reviews the budget compliance for the area/region of responsibility.
? Analyzes regional market trends and discovers new growth opportunities.
? Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling
expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
? Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts supporting national objectives.
? Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
? Implements new sales strategies and techniques and provide training on them to other agents.
? Identifies the region's hiring requirements and selects and trains new salespeople to support operations of the assigned region.
? Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, as well as employee enforcing policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or relevant field
? At least ten (10) years of in sales obtained from an FMCG organization
? Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams
? Proficient in basic accounting
? Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.
? The ability to multitask, work under stress, and resolve conflict
? Sound organizational skills.
? The ability to motivate staff and lead a team
? Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
? Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
? Does not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organization
? Ability to travel as needed
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
