Job Responsibilities: Acts as the main point of contact with brokers, suppliers, and distributors in the region.Creates regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.Supports Branch and Distributor Managers with day-to-day branch/area operations.Evaluates branches, distribution partners, and individual employees' performances to ensure they perform at the agreed performance level to support business growth and stability.Prepares and reviews the budget compliance for the area/region of responsibility.Analyzes regional market trends and discovers new growth opportunities.Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling
expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts supporting national objectives.Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.Implements new sales strategies and techniques and provide training on them to other agents.Identifies the region's hiring requirements and selects and trains new salespeople to support operations of the assigned region.Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, as well as employee enforcing policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or relevant field
At least ten (10) years of in sales obtained from an FMCG organizationProven experience in managing and leading sales teamsProficient in basic accountingDetail-oriented and excellent communication skills.The ability to multitask, work under stress, and resolve conflictSound organizational skills.The ability to motivate staff and lead a teamOutstanding knowledge of MS OfficeDesire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approachDoes not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organizationAbility to travel as neededAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAmenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
