Refrigeration Operator

The Refrigeration Operator is primarily responsible in performing the execution of proper operation of the Refrigeration Plant and Maintaining continuous supply of utilities thru the following tasks:- Performing of Preventive Maintenance for the Equipment that provides continuous supply of Warehouse Refrigeration, Electricity and Water.- Secure the Facilities and Machines are in Operational Standards thru timely monitoring and reporting.- Cleaning of assigned area and equipment per group/shift and for individual.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Graduate of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning / Power Plant Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent courses- Must have an extensive work experience as Refrigeration operator or Technician, preferably on the same industry- Can begin to work immediately**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Company events- Free parking- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employee- Transportation service providedSchedule:- Overtime- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Quarterly bonus
