The Role
Key Responsibilities: Lead and Manage Recruitment Team:
Supervise and mentor a team of sales recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to recruitment team members.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Sales Recruitment:
Oversee the full recruitment cycle for sales positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events.
Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of top-tier sales talent.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with sales department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Communicate recruitment status and updates to key stakeholders regularly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and streamline hiring.
Utilize data and metrics to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, is a plus but not required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on sales hiring.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
