Qualifications:
?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
?At least 3 years or above in recruitment within Paper Industry, Diaper Industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. or at least 5 years or above FMCG non-food is acceptable.
?Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
?Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
?Strong organizational and time management skills.
?Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
?Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
