Recruitment Supervisor

The primary role of a Recruitment Supervisor is to ensure recruiters are implementing best practices and filling positions in a timely manner.
Supervises an assigned team of recruitment specialists in meeting or exceeding recruitment service level agreement, completion of team projects, adherence to recruitment standards and enforcement of company policies through effective people development, team engagement and performance management capabilities.
Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization

**Required**:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related courses
At least 3-5 years of recruitment and sourcing experience or in a similar role
2 + years' experience working in a high volume and fast paced hiring environment
At least 2 years of work experience in a supervisory role, with proficiency in Problem Solving and People Management
Proven record of building and managing relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
**Preferred**:
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Must be willing to work independently or in a team
An excellent connector who collaborates, problem solves, and can help celebrate wins while learning from mistakes and always keeping the team in mind
A solid track record of influencing senior business leaders while demonstrating excellent decision quality
Demonstrated process capabilities and metrics-drive
