RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR (1)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? Graduate of BS/AB Psychology; BSBA Human Resource Management; or any
other related course
? Background in HR Recruitment is a very strong advantage
? Willing to start immediately in Angeles City Pampanga
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for posting and advertising job openings on a range of job sites,
social media and the company's Facebook page to attract candidates.
? Conduct preliminary interview using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
or methods to filter candidates.
? Organize appointments, interviews and company presentation.
? Assist in verifying the qualifications of applicants. As well as screening and
presenting applicants to employers.
? Distribute information to employers. Assists prospective employees in completing
employment application and other forms
SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K
BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
