JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology; BSBA Human Resource Management; or any other related course- Background in HR Recruitment is a very strong advantage- Willing to start immediately in Angeles City PampangaRESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for posting and advertising job openings on a range of job sites, social media and the company's Facebook page to attract candidates.- Conduct preliminary interview using various reliable recruiting and selection tools or methods to filter candidates.- Organize appointments, interviews and company presentation.- Assist in verifying the qualifications of applicants. As well as screening and presenting applicants to employers.- Distribute information to employers.
