Recruitment Supervisor

Details of the offer

Responsible in supervising day-to-day Activities of the Recruitment Section.
Oversees the effective execution of company's recruitment programs and policies.
**Responsibilities**:
1.
Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment process

2.
Regularly communicates with Requesting Managers to discuss staffing requirements and ensures that vacancies are filled within turnaround time.
3.
Develops and Maintains pool of qualified applicants

4.
Networks through industry contacts and professional organization

5.
Responsible for sourcing, screening and selection of applicants mainly for Supervisory positions.
Qualifications:

- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any related course
- With at least 2-3 years related experience in HR particularly on Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection.
- Must be flexible and has the ability to cope with pressure
- Possessed with talent assessment and strong negotiation skills
- Effective communication, presentation, and coordination skills
