This is a remote position.
About the Role:
You will be an integral part of the company's 24/7 support team of a leading recruitment company in Australia.
You will report to the Team Leader based in the Philippines.
You will work on a rotational shift for 5 days with 2 days off
**What you will do**:
- Participate in after hours support 24/7 roster;
- Review client requests and send job offers to staff within relevant talent pools;
- Ensure shifts are confirmed with rostered staff on a daily basis;
- Respond to tickets from Helpdesk within a timely and professional manner;
- Create placements for those staff who are rostered; and
- Keep ATS and related systems up to date with accurate and detailed information.

- Proactively and astutely update company database;
- Use company best practice techniques;
- Proactively and effectively communicate with whole team; and
- Actively participates in broader business discussions.

- Timeliness of response to client requests;
- Allocations completed each week;
- Call quality scores; and
- Customer feedback scores.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2+ years experience in administration and data entry experience;
- Excellent time management and organisation skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; and
- Sound time management, coordination and organisational skills.
