DescriptionScheduling of applicants.Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.Conduct background investigations.Facilitate the deployment of newly-hired employees.Conduct employment orientation that includes job description, organizational chart, organizational structure of department, process flow, and primer.Perform other assigned functions.RequirementsAt least a Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology / Human Resource Development Management.At least one (1) year of relevant experience in recruitment and selection is a major plus.Highly proficient in computer applications.Good oral and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Goal-oriented.Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays.1 year of relevant work experience required for this role; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.Working rights required for this role.Willing to work in Dasmarinas, Cavite.Recruitment Officer JMSI Inc.
