I. Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing potential employees through professional databases to fill job openings in an efficient and effective manner. He/She shall have an excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a good relationship with a diverse group of stakeholders.

II. Duties and Responsibilities:
•Close coordinates with the HR Business Partners and Generalists of the assigned business unit/s to determine staffing requirements.
Advertise job vacancies using internal and external systems as appropriate.
Screens candidates' resumes and job applications.Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions best.Keep track of the status of the shortlisted candidates and assist when needed.Ensures that the data monitoring is always updated and accurate.Ensures compliance with the established recruitment process and procedures.Participates to the company's recruitment events such as but not limited to in-house recruitment, job fairs, career talks, etc.Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with the candidates during the selection process.Maintains cordial relationships with the HR Business Partners, Generalists, and other stakeholders. III. Qualifications and Experience: Degree holder of HR Management, Psychology, and other equivalent course/field.With at least 2 years of recruitment working experience preferably in the retail industry.Possess good knowledge of recruitment process.
