This role manages service delivery of his/her team, including development and evaluation of effective recruitment process. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science Courses. At least three to four years of actual work experience in end to end Staffing/ Recruitment process. Experience in Account Management is required for the role. Knowledgeable/ Experience in interviewing and selection techniques. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills. Exposure in recruitment analytics is an advantage. With hands on experience in online recruitment platforms. Has good decision making skills. Must be willing to work in a Hybrid work set-up.
