Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Provide consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews and initial interviews.
Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
Candidate Presentation:
Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Candidate Management:
Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate job offers and assist with the onboarding process.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting.
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in mid to senior-level positions.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jora, Jobstreet, Social Platform…).
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
