Recruitment Specialist

Job Description: Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria about hiring needsCreate and publish job ads in various portalsScreen resumes and job applicationsSourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open rolesConduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidatesSchedules the face to face/ online interview with hiring managers for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)Coordinating the hiring process end-to-endExplaining the benefits, company policies and parameters of the job to applicantsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processDoing background checks and calling referencesHiring the most qualified applicantMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsOnboarding new hires and assisting with orientationProcessing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee recordsTrack hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire Qualifications: BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant fieldProven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role in Vape IndustryKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, andStrong interpersonal skills
