Recruitment Specialist

**Objective of the position**

**Responsibilities**

I.
Recruitment
- Integrates Employer Branding all Recruitment activities
- Conduct recruitment activities following Corporate Guidelines and local procedures and policies
- Create and execute Recruitment Strategies
- Discover other avenues on creating connections to quality talents in the market
- Partnership with schools, and gov't agencies for job/career fair opportunities
- Assesses and post job positions
- Pre-pares on-boarding and enablement of new employees
- Administers New Employee Orientation (NEO) Program

II.
Others
- Assist the other facets of human resource (People & Culture) and performs other duties as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 5- 10 years of experience in the Services or Outsourcing industry
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices and employment laws.
- Experience in managing a team of HR personnel doing shared services work

**Salary**: Php29,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santa Rosa, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Shared Services or BPO: 1 year (required)
