As the People & Culture Specialist for Recruitment, most of your involvement will be with Recruitment activities and general talent engagement. You will join a dynamic, entrepreneurial team of people who share the same passion and drive for success.
Ideal candidates should have a strong active network within the industry or externally, and be able to communicate Talino's vision to the right candidates to ensure we build an ideal team.
Your Core Responsibilities:

companies in line with the business growth plans.

? University Relations
? Develop internship opportunities and/or co-op experiences. Work with management
to develop a program that adds value to the company as well as value to the intern. ? Community and Events Recruitment
? Liaise with DEVCON and facilitate sourcing candidates in DEVCON-led events
