Recruitment Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews via phone or virtual call
- Meet hiring requirements set by the company
- Coordinate with leadership team for hiring requisitions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1 to 2 years recruitment experience; highly prefers C-level recruiter
- With recruitment experience in the following industry logistics/ IT/ RPO and staffing
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite
- Demonstrated ability to meet hiring targets
- Willing to work ASAP
- Hybrid work setup (office is in Makati)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
