**Role description**:
**Role accountabilities**:
The HRSS Recruitment Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition Team with operational recruitment activities, reporting and analytics throughout the recruitment process and key tasks include but are not limited to:

- Produce timely adhoc and standard recruitment operational reports
- Develop, maintain, and analyse data and translate it into actionable insights through dashboards, charts, and other visualization tools
- Conducting market mapping and sourcing activities through various platforms (i.e LinkedIn, ATS, Job board Database, Talent Community etc.)
- Ensure all documentation is properly completed and received including up to date job descriptions.
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationship towards the highest-level stakeholder satisfaction
- Participate in vacancy consultation discussions with Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the role requirements, agreed timeframes, the external talent market and help create sourcing initiatives to support the filling the vacancies
- Partner closely with UK Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in similar industry, shared services, or in an international recruitment agency is required for this position
- Advanced knowledge in various reporting, data, and analytics theories.
Knowledgeable in Excel (intermediate to advance)
- Good experience in working with Talent Acquisition and HR data analytics & visualization
- Strong and in-depth background in sourcing and proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience of using ATS & Sourcing Channels (i.e Taleo, Oracle Recruit Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter) is preferred
- Have a proven track record of success in identifying top talent by quickly identifying their core competencies and cultural fit
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing including social media and direct sourcing methods.
- Ability to manage a large and varied workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
- Ability to provide high standard team support to ensure a smooth operation.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Accurate and detail conscious at all times
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Assertive and able to prioritise conflicting demands.
- Professional and confident approach to working relationships.
