Recruitment Specialist

Main Purpose - Supports Banca on recruitment and back-office work.
1.
Recruitment
- Fill in vacancies within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT)
- End to end recruitment - Posting, Sourcing, Interviewing, Job Offer

2.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and strengthen relationship with stakeholders through open and constant communication and engagement

3.
Monitoring of reports

**Qualifications**:
6 months project
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree
- With at least 2 years relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment and account management (preferably Sales/BPO/Real Estate)
- Good oral and written communication Skills
- With experience in hiring for sales roles

**Salary**: Up to Php26,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
