Recruitment Specialist (Ft)

**Job description**:

- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or any related area is an advantage
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
