The details.
**Responsibilities**:
Achieves On time delivery of agent hiring requisitions within the agreed SLA
Account Management, Reporting and Analytics
Conducts Behavioral Interviews and Profiling
Accountable in achieving 100% Show Up during Training
Monitors Training Attrition and provides recommendations to improve Retention
Ensures quality of endorsements by monitoring Pass Rates and Interview Observations
Conduct job offers, on-boarding orientations to new hires
Manages onboarding, completion of Pre-Employment requirements and 201 filing of all chosen hires.
Regular hiring touchpoint and sending regular hiring reports to hiring managers
Perform other duties when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
At least 1 year of Recruiting experience in a BPO set up.
Experienced in conducting interviews
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Experienced with reports and trackers management
Positive attitude and client oriented.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Must be willing to work on mid-shift schedule and can adjust schedule whenever necessary.
Has the capacity to work from home if needed.
Must be amenable to work in Bacolod City.
