Recruitment Selection (Open For Fresh Grads)

We are urgently hiring for a Fixed-Term Recruitment Specialists. Kindly refer to the following details if you are interested.

Selection specialist role – 4 Headcount
Requirements:
- Must be amenable to work onsite in both Shaw and Ortigas
- Must be adept to conducting interviews, facilitate assessment, extend offers, admin Tasks (Trackers, ATS, etc.)

Sourcing Specialist – 2 Headcount
Requirements:
- Must be amenable to work onsite in both Shaw and Ortigas
- Must be amenable to work in Eastwood, BGC (will happen only once or twice a month to facilitate roadshows)
Support virtual interviews, admin tasks, lead generation and event facilitation (ERP, Roadshow and similar sourcing activities)

Working Conditions:
- Fixed-term: 45-day contract
- Non-Exempt Position – entitled to OT and Holiday Premium
- Office-Based – Full Onsite Work
- To support a Telco account this July and August
