Recruitment Program Coordinator

Job summary
The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals in a fast-paced, team environment.They will facilitate and manage various processes within the contingent worker lifecycle.They will also provide first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities
• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers throughout the contract labor acquisition process.• Document and track client reported issues to ensure customer satisfaction.• Update worker assignments and provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, and contingent workers.• Conduct research and analysis to resolve inquiries as needed.• Provide program status reports to leadership.• Monitor performance against contract SLA's.• Interact with vendors to ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork.• Assist with interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding processes.• Manage time and expense management for workers.• Monitor vendor compliance tracking.
Requirements
• 0-2 or more years of staffing and/or MSP experience• Bachelor's Degree• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.• Strong determination to impact performance• Time Management, self-motivated, and perseverance• Excellent customer service skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• MS Office/Tools- advanced skills• Must be amenable with nightshift schedule and hybrid work setup (office is based in Ortigas Pasig area)
