Recruitment Officer - Makati - Experience In Maritime Industry

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | Flextime
HEAD OFFICE LOCATION: Makati
INDUSTRY: Maritime
SALARY RANGE: ?30,000 - ?40,000
*Willing to work for a 6-month Project-Based

Responsible for efficient and effective delivery of recruitment activities within assigned area with the objective of providing qualified personnel for principal requirements.

JOB DETAILS:

- Must be below 45 years of age
- Willing to start ASAP. Preferably Unemployed or Currently handing-over duties/responsibilities to current employer
- Preferably from a Maritime Industry
- Must have 2 years of work experience as a Recruitment Officer, handling Bulk and Tanker
- With wide network / pool of seafarers
- Preferably has an experience in a Maritime Industry
- Requires specialized training
- Requires experience on recruitment and selection
- Requires basic / working functional knowledge of the assigned job
- Good communications and management skills
- Technology-savvy
- Displays high customer service through on-time response to queries
