Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented candidates for various positions within the company. The HR Recruitment Officer will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.


QUALIFICATION

A. 1- 2 yrs experience in Recruitment and/ or HR preferably in the BPO industry.
B. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
C. Able to build and promote collaborative relationships at all levels in the organization.
D. Agile and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
E. Organizational skills to manage multiple job openings simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
F. Understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and interviewing techniques.
G. Proficiency in using technology and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
H. Social Media proficiency is a MUST.
