Job Summary:
Recruitment Officer is expected to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from Job posting to Onboarding.
Responsibilities
Design and update job descriptionsSource potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn)Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internallyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersSend job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefitsParticipate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment eventsCollaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsAct as a consultant to new hires and help them onboardHandling of administration and record-keeping.Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.Executing recruitment plans efficiently.Interviewing candidates.Preparing job offers.Networking with various institutions and social media Qualifications: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar roleAt least 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Documentations/Onboarding training.Skilled, experience in hiring bilinguals, volume hiring, and technical positionsSolid verbal and written communication skillsComputer literateMust be a graduate of Psychology or any related course.
