Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:Source and select competent, suitable and qualified crew.Conduct screening of applicant's documents per entry standard, including online applications.Check the authenticity and completeness of applicant's documents.Responsible for the background checking of applicants.Documentation and record keeping.Ensure complete documentation prior to proposal to crewing offices.Manage the pool/database of candidates ensuring availability of applicants at any given time.Qualifications:Experience in recruitment of seafarers is a must.Wide knowledge of different recruitment approaches.Above average communication skills – written and verbal.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs and other apps.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
