Recruitment Officer

As the Human Resources Officer for Recruitment, you will ensure that new employees experience a seamless onboarding and integration to the company. Your role starts from facilitating recruitment initiatives to the fulfillment of the talent's hiring requirements and finally their onboarding experience.
Requirements:At least 2-5 years of end to end recruitment experienceGraduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or other related fieldCandidate must have good Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Interviewing Skills, Negotiation Skills, and Decision Making Skills.Work Location:Candidate must be willing to be assigned in any of the following areas: SM Lanang, SM Davao, SM Cagayan.
