Job Title : Recruitment Marketing Specialist
Salary Range: P30,000 – P40,000 (depending on skills and experience) Work Hours : Monday-Friday; 7:00 am to 3:30 pm PH time (may be asked to start earlier if needed, PH holidays off)

Key Responsibilities Update and manage databases efficiently. Source candidates through various platforms including websites, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Market services and opportunities via social media and other channels. Recruit and manage support services, ensuring quality and efficiency. Key attributes required Proficiency in database management, preferably with JobAdder experience. Skilled in setting up and managing social media pages and campaigns. An understanding of recruitment processes.
