Recruitment Manager-Overseas Manpower Firm

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, knowing their recruitment requirements and offering unique solutions.
Review and clarify job orders, details, and salary proposals with clients.
Work with the recruitment team to find and match individuals for a variety of foreign job openings.
Manage the collection and storage of candidate documents for pre-deployment and compliance purposes.
Ensure that candidates are well-informed about the application process and provide continuous assistance to facilitate their deployment.
Monitor updates and changes from government agencies, embassies, and relevant organizations to maintain compliance.
Facilitate applicant participation in required training, including language courses, as determined by clients.
Prepare reports and keep track of placements, candidate status, and customer comments.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field.
Proficiency in MS Office software; expertise with CRM platforms is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in international recruitment, account management, or a similar industry.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish rapport with clients and candidates.
Integrity, accountability, and a will to succeed have all been demonstrated.
Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
