Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead our team of recruitment specialists. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the growth and success of our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment specialists to achieve performance targets and professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various industries.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.
Process Optimization:
Oversee and optimize the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
Implement and leverage recruitment technologies and tools to enhance productivity.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging recruitment practices.
Provide market insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role within a headhunting or recruitment agency.
3. Demonstrated success in placing candidates in senior-level and specialized positions.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics.
5. Proficient in using recruitment technologies, ATS, and sourcing platforms.
Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
7. Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions.
