Ensure that all crew requirements are met. The position also oversees the Company's recruitment programs, policies, and procedures to develop strategies and utilize various sources of potential and qualified candidates according to the requirements of the Customers.
Key Responsibilities Lead the Recruitment Team to ensure that the recruitment of crew is fulfilled in the most effective and timely manner and in compliance with prescribed standards. Monitors and provides guidance and support to the Recruitment Officers to ensure that thecRecruitment policies and work processes are being complied with. Ensures that systems and work processes are implemented in compliance with the requirements of the HSEQ Management System. Ensures that the staff are competent to perform their duties and responsibilities to a high standard including, but not limited to staff empowerment, regular one-on-ones, project assignment, task delegation, etc. May carry out technical interviews as needed in consideration of his area and level of proficiency. Conducts final screening/interviews and proposes candidates to the Clients. Ensure that all applicants being endorsed to principals meet or exceed the set requirements or qualifications. Recommend or establish ways or tools to properly monitor the performance and effectiveness of the processes. Initiates intelligence gathering and benchmark; collates market studies and benchmarks and provides recommendations to principals, as required. Regularly evaluate effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and efforts thru stakeholder feedback and industry analysis. Prepare and represent the Recruitment team in regulatory, industry, principal, and other audits and inspections. May carry out collateral duties as delegated by the Recruitment General Manager. Extensive experience in the field of recruitment Experience in recruiting manpower in the same industry is an advantage With strong leadership skills At least a graduate of any bachelor's degree Good communication skills – written and verbal Proficient in the use of Office Productivity tools Detail-oriented Able to generate reports and statistical analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
