Recruitment Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

? Proven experience as a recruitment manager or in a similar role within the Marketing and Advertising industry at least 3 solid years

? Has a vast and expansive network of recruitment sources for various roles and demands

? Has understanding and skills of analyzing recruitment analytics

? Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and a solid understanding of current hiring trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring

managers and candidates

? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

? Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

? Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit

? Experience mass/volume recruitment
