Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent Atleast one (1) year of working experience handling similar function. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Job Description Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans for open positions. Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the company as an employer of choice.
