Recruitment Head

Responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and guiding them through the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying qualified candidates who fit our company culture and values.
Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent Atleast one (1) year of working experience handling similar function. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Job Description Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans for open positions. Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the company as an employer of choice. Can start as soon as possible and willing to be assigned in Tagaytay City Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
