Recruitment Head

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading and managing the recruitment team to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates for various client requirements.
2. Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. years of experience in recruitment, with 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a manpower agency or recruitment firm. Proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and achieving business targets in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Deep understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, and candidates. Strong leadership qualities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and team building. Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Can work under pressure. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
