**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- With leadership/supervisory Role skills
- Good oral and writing communication skills
- Can plays a highly collaborative role
- Can create strategies/tactics in achieving goals
- With experience of at least 5 years in managing a recruitment team that can able to
- mentor and motivate them well to become productive
- With Analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in managing Recruitment, end to end process
- With interpersonal skills

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)

- English (preferred)
