Recruitment Coordinator - Wfh

Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: BGC, Taguig
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Arrangement: WFH
Schedule: Nightshift
Salary Offer: up to Php35,000 (no government benefits, no night differential)

Responsibilities:

- You will coordinate daily recruiting efforts within the parameters of our larger global recruitment strategy, support recruitment processes; contribute to candidate experience programs; respond to recruitment-related email and phone inquiries; perform data entry, track applicant status and ensure the interviewer and other interview-related database is updated and current.
- You will have a proven ability to take the initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, work with a high sense of urgency and build solid and productive relationships.
- You have a passion for the recruiting industry and a sincere desire to expand your exposure in this field.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition support.
- You experienced supporting global teams.
- You are flexible to work in shifts.
- You have excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Must have experience in working with HR Systems (Workday, applicant tracking systems, ICiMs, Lever, etc.)
