Responsibilities
• Build long-term client relationships with clients• Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs and implement strategies based on client needs• Create a candidate persona for each open position• Conduct confidential interviews and present detailed candidate profile summaries• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
Requirements
• At least 2 to 3 years experience in sourcing and recruitment of technical roles, corporate and niche positions gained from an executive search firm• College Graduate of any course• Adept at using Linkedin, social media and other traditional & non-traditional channels to tap qualified candidates• Account management experience is a plus• Proficient in written and spoken English• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
