You're comfortable working directly with recruiters and senior leadership, understanding the hiring needs, and translating them into effective candidate screenings. You understand the nuances of the recruiting process and work tirelessly to ensure every aspect, from sourcing to vetting, is handled with precision and care.
You are an effective communicator and excel in a team setting. You know how to liaise between senior management, hiring managers, and your recruiting team to keep everyone aligned. You're not afraid to take charge when needed but also understand the value of listening and learning from others. What You'll Do Screen resumes to identify potential candidates for various roles. Review one-way video interviews to assess candidates' communication skills and determine if they should move forward in the interview process. Collaborate directly with recruiters and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and provide effective candidate screenings. Source candidates for creative, marketing, and niche roles. Vet creative portfolios to identify top talent (experience in this area is a huge plus). Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Jump in to assist recruiters with sourcing or interviewing as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. What You'll Bring Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience. Experience in vetting creative portfolios is a huge plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Keen eye for identifying top talent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to screen resumes and review video interviews effectively. Experience sourcing candidates for creative and/or marketing roles or niche roles is a plus. Proficiency with recruiting software and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be able to work US Eastern timezone.
