RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE

 

Job Description

Oversees the recruitment and hiring function of the organization

Monitors the performance evaluation of probationary and casual employees

Facilitates the internal movement of employees and ensures that it is properly monitored and documented

Job Qualification

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Behavioral Science or other related courses
- At least one (1) year of work-related experience in a manufacturing setting is an advantage but not necessary

Has good interpersonal and time management skills and above-average analytical skills

Excellent oral & written communication skills

Able to relate at all levels in the organization and with good planning and organizational skills

Can work with less supervision, maintain confidentiality and keen on details
