Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Associate to manage key onboarding tasks and ensure a smooth new hire experience. The ideal candidate will handle responsibilities such as sending job offers, maintaining the HR database, managing candidate pipelines, and processing pre-employment requirements. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities Job Offer Management:
Prepare and send accurate and timely job offer letters to selected candidates.Database and Tracker Maintenance:
Regularly update the HR database, candidate pipelines, and trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Candidate Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the onboarding process, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.Pre-employment Documentation:
Collect, verify, and upload pre-employment requirements into the HR system.Background Verification:
Facilitate and upload necessary documents for background checks, ensuring compliance with company standards.Internal Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to streamline onboarding and ensure all requirements are met on time. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proven experience in recruitment or onboarding is a plus.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage pipelines, update trackers, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
