The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for being the gatekeeper of the organization. This role will take charge of hiring qualified candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
What the role will do: Review resumes and applications to ensure all relevant information is included and uploaded into the ATS Interview candidates to assess qualifications and experience, as well as to determine cultural fit Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure they are aware of next steps in the hiring process Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with candidates Prepare reports about candidates' qualifications and interview performance for managers' review Preparing offers for candidates who have been selected for hire Create job postings on company websites and other online job boards to attract candidates who meet specific qualifications Assist in creating content on social media platforms to further enhance candidates to apply Follow up with candidates who have applied but have not been selected for an interview to determine their interest in the position Secure the necessary pre-employment requirements and assist successful candidates with the onboarding process You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
