source suitable applicants for various vacancies of clients through responses from advertisements, hospital or establishment calling, referrals and flyers
conduct screening and initial interviews of applicants based on set of requirements provided by the client
orient suitable applicants on client's profile, vacancies, salary, benefits and life abroad
line-up applicant's for clients scheduled interview with the agency
process and deploy applicants who are given an employment offer
