Recruitment Associate

1. Maintaining the candidate database and handling any relevant documentation in collaboration with the human resources department.2. Background checks and verification of qualifications and experience are used to screen candidates.3. Assisting successful candidates with the onboarding process, including document preparation and schedule coordination.4. Reviewing resumes and applications to ensure all relevant information is included5. Interviewing candidates to assess qualifications and experience, as well as to determine cultural fit with the company culture6. Creating job postings on company websites and other online job boards to attract candidates who meet specific qualifications
