Responsibilities: · Create and publish job ads in various job portals such as but not limited to Job Street, Indeed, social media like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
· Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during job events.
· Screen resumes/CVs and job applications based on the qualifications set by the Client.
· Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
· Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
· Coordinate with other recruiters and/or hiring managers to work on range of recruitment activities that can include job fairs, campus events to recruit upcoming graduates.
· Track hiring metrics including source of hire, fall out rate and updating of recruitment tracker/report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Extends of employment offers and coordination of hiring process for new hires.
· Ensures that employment laws particularly the POEA law are being followed and all hiring practices are fair and consistent with the applicable law/s.
· Maintain database of potential candidates for future job openings.
· Always Maintain good relationship with all the applicants.
· Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date. Ensures that all recruitment documents are complete/in-tact and timely submitted.
· Coordinate with the partner review center as to the timely payment of applicants particularly the review bond (reservation & confirmation).
· Conducts and facilitate recruitment orientation to all applicants.
· Monitor all recruitment updates and trends of competitors.
· Submits accurate and timely reports.
· Shows versatility and promptness in performing other tasks that may be directed and assigned by the Chief Operating Officer and/or employer.
Reports for work consistently and punctually.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in the related field.
· With at least 6 months to 1 year experience as a Recruitment Associate or other recruiting-related role
· Effective written and oral English communication skills
· Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Great attention to detail
· Experience in hiring healthcare workers (local and abroad), manpower agency, retail or BPO is an advantage but not required
· Ability to do time management and multi-tasking
· Honest, transparent and has integrity
· Flexible with day or mid shift schedules
· Willing to work onsite in Door 1 Isabelo Bldg General Maxilom Avenue Cebu City.
