Recruitment Assistant (Project Based Open For Fresh Grad )

Responsibilities:

Sourcing of potential candidates for Sales Department
Manages the daily interviewing schedules, testing, background checking, job advertisement posting
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Qualifications:

BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course
Open for Fresh Grad
Able to hire rank and file, supervisory and managerial positions for Sales Department
Preferably with knowledge in manufacturing operations
Strong communication skills both in verbal and written
Proficient in MS Office (Word,Excel, Powerpoint)
Willing to work in Munoz Quezon City
Can start immediately
