Recruitment And Training Assistant

Details of the offer

The successful candidate shall be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding), ensuring timely placement of all outstanding manpower requirements. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in conducting preliminary interviews and administering skills assessment tests. He/She must possess above-average communication skills (verbal and written) and must be able to relate well with people from all levels in the organization. Reporting to the CHRO, the ideal candidate shall be tasked to drive the Training and Development Programs of the company.
